eclipse ssl error

i wrote a java program to make request to https url as samples can be found on the net.
it take me a long time to found that if i run it in eclipse it will end up with runtime error say something like encrypt algorithm not found. but it will run well in command line.
so i think there should be a bug in eclipse launch runtime enviriment.
